Eyad Hamza Al-Bakri Managing Partner & Co-founder Eyad holds an LLB (Hons) From King Abdul Aziz University and LLM Intl. Economic and Trade Law from Brunel University, UK. Previously, he was a legal advisor in Saleh Al Hejai- lan Law Firm in Riyadh. He is special- ized in commercial cases, tax law, liquidation of companies, and liquida- tion of Inheritance.

He is specialized in the establishments, registration, and merger of companies including shareholding companies and administrative lawsuits.
